So much music these days is overproduced and sterile sounding looking to go from one fad to another, but with most creative amateur artists who make music it's something they find they cannot stop doing, its like a drug constantly needing to be nourished.

I came from a non-musical family but was exposed to a wide variety of music from my fathers record collection, later in my early 20s dabbled around with a basic software sequencer creating interesting sounds and arranging them to what I liked, then I saved up and bought a synth keyboard which I use now but music is something in you that finds a way to get out.

Music is one of the strongest forms of expression, our connection with the wild, our way of calling for a mate, a way of dealing with the loss of loved one, or just having a good time letting the serotonin flow, music needs no reason to exist it just does.
